Deaf Open day - Aston Univerisity, Birmingham

Last month PDDCS members and parents attended DEAF's first 'Accessing University as a Deaf learner' event hosted by the University of West London.

DEAF - Deaf Education Advocacy Fellowship - are running the event again with a Deaf Open Day at Aston Univerisity, Birmingham on Tuesday 18th September. There will be 2 sessions to choose from:11:00am – 12:30pm or 1:30pm – 3:00pm.

One can learn all about life at University and about the support that is on offer to you. The day really is full of useful information such as financial advice, student services, finding the right course and the day will include a look around the university.

If you are thinking about University and missed their first event it is worth attending any of their upcoming open day events.
